It all started with a great idea
45 years ago, Salvador Puglisi, together with Engineer Riu, left a significant mark on the engineering world. At that time, Salvador believed that the couplings used in the era had many shortcomings and fervently believed that they could be optimized.
It was then that his curious nature and his drive for innovation and new discoveries led him to inquire, investigate, and develop the market’s first coupling with natural rubber. This coupling not only avoided generating axial loads but also used a smaller number of bolts: THE FUNDAL F.A. COUPLING.
From that moment on, FUNDAL devoted itself fervently to creating and developing unique, state-of-the-art products that guarantee the highest performance for the industrial segment.
With audacity and a desire to make history as our objectives, we continue to care for and nurture what was once the seed of this great company, ensuring its growth.
